We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 18:00, we try to send the same or the next day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. Delivery is via the postman or parcel delivery of PostNL and DHL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery, this is purely dependent on the shipping process of the shipping company.

Abyssinian Oil - Smoothes hair to improve manageability, reduce breakage and increase shine
Baobab Oil - naturally high in omega fatty acids - infuses each strand with nourishing moisture to promote elasticity, smooth the hair cuticle, soften hair and provide weightless moisture.
Argan Oil - Penetrates deeply to nourish and provide long-lasting hydration.
Macadamia Nut Oil - Eliminates frizz and increases hair elasticity to prevent breakage and split ends.
Broccoli Seed Oil - Provides a powerful dose of antioxidants to protect, restore and revitalize hair's youthful appearance.

RETURNS
Reflection period/return:
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately € 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.

WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS
Warranty
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does sometimes happen that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
