We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 18:00, we try to send the same or the next day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is given on the product page. If for whatever reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices listed are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
€3.75 for orders that fit through the letterbox
€6.75 for orders that do not fit through the letterbox (Parcel)
€8.75 for orders sent by registered mail (Parcel)
Free with pick-up at location: Lijnbaan 51 or West Kruiskade 47 in Rotterdam
Delivery is via the postman or parcel delivery of PostNL and DHL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery, this is purely dependent on the shipping process of the shipping company.

In addition, the Hydrating Cleansing Shampoo contains a mix of essential oils including Tamarind Oil and Argan Oil. The powerful combination provides intense hydration during every wash.

Instructions for use

Apply the shampoo to wet hair and distribute through entire hair. Rinse the shampoo well with water after washing.
Tip: Use only a small amount of shampoo and mix the product with water before applying it to your hair.

RETURNS
Reflection period/return:

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.

WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS
Warranty
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does sometimes happen that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaints
